In his advocacy, Patrick blends faith, health literacy, and science to support diverse communities as a credible health messenger. He is a graduate of The University of Maryland @ThePATIENTSProgram, an Ordained Elder, a PCORI Ambassador, and holds a Doctorate in Justice, Law, & Criminology, using his expertise to champion justice and equality.
