Has advised large and small commercial organizations on contact center operations, ongoing management, vendor selection, call flow design, agent training and performance optimization
Spent 5 years in contact center operations and quality management roles
Graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
Holds a certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University
