Rosa helps our life sciences clients advance diversity, health equity and inclusion on both strategic and implementation levels. She was one of the first Chief Diversity Officers in healthcare and held the position of SVP in the USA’s largest integrated municipal healthcare delivery system. Rosa has over 25 years’ experience in global pharmaceuticals, bioscience, health systems, academia, government and non-profit.

• Formerly Tufts Medicine Senior VP, Chief Diversity and Equity and Inclusion Officer where she set, implemented and managed the strategic direction for diversity, health equity & inclusion

• Founded Global Equity and Learning Partners, a consulting practice that works with learning organizations to design and implement strategies for inclusion, racial and health equity

• Formerly SVP of the Learning Institute and Chief Diversity Officer at Christiana Care Health System

• Held position of SVP and Chief People Officer, NYC Health + Hospitals

• Worked globally at Bristol Myers-Squibb and SmithKline Beecham (now GlaxoSmithKline), leading change and cultural transformation

• Member of the Leadership Team of MA Health Equity Compact, Inc. and President of the Board; board member of the national (AAAED) LEAD Fund for Leadership, Equity, Access and Diversity; DE Governor's Hispanic Commission and Equity Fellow of the Delaware Community Foundation

• Held academic positions as Professor of Professional Practice at Bowling Green State University, adjunct faculty at Georgetown University, University of Delaware, Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson University
