He blends both learner- and business-centric approaches to ensure training is impactful and achieves business goals.

Experience and achievements

• Led instructional design teams at DaVita Kidney Care, leading initiatives that significantly reduced curriculum project time 

• While at DaVita, played a leadership role in innovating services in the learning environment, introducing new technologies and reducing costs 

• Held multiple positions in leadership, training, quality assurance, operations, and customer service at DaimlerChrysler Financial Services 

• Holds a BA in Political Science and History and a Master’s of Education in Instructional Systems, both from Penn State University.
